These machine stands are manufactured from Chesters own original drawings, to
accomodate Lathes, Milling machines and Drilling Machines. Whilst the original design was created to accept
Chester range of machine tools, we also supply stands to suit similar machines form China and Taiwan. Bespoke
stands can be made to custromers requirements. Size of cabinet doors, location of coolant drain holes,
floor mounting points and the individual machine footprint can all be altered to the customers own specific
requirements.
Each stand has been designed to be robust, and simple to assemble. The trays are built seperate to the stand
for ease of transportation, and are manufactured for use either as a stand alone item or combined with the stand
Once each stand is completed it enters the paint finish
process. This concludes with a Full Electrostatic Paint Powder
Coating which provides the stands with a tough resilliant
exterior finish, and also ensuries an aesthically correct
product.
Powder coating the stands provides a consistent and
professional finish over all the surfaces ensuring a long lasting
product for the customer.
